The GLA (Global Liberation Army) is furious about the fact that China has kicked them out of their headquarters. In retaliation they start activating terrorist cells around the world. These cells start testing deadly biochemical warheads that they intend to use. They then set off a biochemical warhead in Europe, and launch a biochemical warhead at the United States.
