Although China is still communist it is now run by a younger generation trying to make China a super power. But there is a problem, the GLA is interfering. China has been trying to kick the GLA, which somehow had access to Chinese military technology. China kicks them out of the country and into neighboring countries. GLA doesn't take this kindly.
