Practice will take place rain or shine - with the exception of hail and lightening - but there may be a team meeting or video, so players should come to practice unless otherwise notified. Fields are subject to rainout, therefore players should carry running shoes in bag for conditioning and ball skill work.
Team meetings begin one hour before game time for all league and tournament games. 1/2 hour before scrimmages, unless notified in advance.
