Cast a circle.Light the white candles. Just stand, sit, lie there for a moment and visualize yourself happy and in love.(But not with anyone in particular.) When you feel like you've done that enough, keep visualizing but light the your red candle and let it burn. Grind and mix your chosen herbs together and charge them as you are still visualizing yourself happy and in love. Another good thing to do is to think about the qualities you wish to find in a lover. After the herbs are mixed to your satisfaction just sprinkle them over the candle flame, and as they spark, concentrate on your wishes coming true. Meditate and visualize a while longer, then put out the candles. Close the circle.
