Battlefield at Chancellorsville

My favotire part of American History is the Civil War
era so it was a real treat for me to be able to
visit one of the many battle fields in Virginia.
Much of the Civil War was fought in the country side
surrounding the town Hunter lives in.

Confederate Civil War Cannon on the battle field of
Chancellorsville. It stands silent today in
remeberance of the men that fought and died on
this ground. It should serve as a reminder of the
struggling and suffering that happened here.
Perhaps, by seeing reminders like this we will
never again allow such a terrible thing to occur
on our country's soil

This is a Picture of Gen. Robert E. Lee , it also
stands at the Chancellorsville battle field. Gen.
Lee was a trully amazing and courages man.
Someone that deserves to be remembered with
respect and honour. He may have lost the war but
he is and will always be a hero...at least to me *S*
