Written in dedication to all the men and woman
who fought in Desert Storm and all the many Wars
before. We should always remember those that fought
and died for this Country and our freedom.
With out those brave men and woman
America would not be the wonderful place it is today.

We have just heard,
the wonderful word.
The end of the war has begun,
and they say that we have won.

We sing with voices full of love,
giving thanks to God above.
Who kept the troops safe in His hands,
so they can come home to their lands.

We are proud of our men that had to fight,
to help another people keep their right.
To something Americans feel so strong,
the right of freedom and a place to belong.

They stood up for what was right,
even though they had to fight.
We gained more, then we lost,
but will remember the lives it cost.

We grieve for the families in pain,
their loved ones weren’t lost in vain.
They gave their lives for something true,
a gift they give to all of you.

The bonds of peace that are so strong,
and the Freedom to belong.
