Edge 3 / Hand Size 5 ( I considered giving Kyle an edge of 2, to represent his inexperience.  Still, he does hold his own; he certainly hasn't gone the way of that JL team that got slaughtered by the Mist )

Power Ring ( the Power Ring has the following powers and properties )

-Cosmic Energy Control 17 ( Ability Boost, Absorbtion, Alchemy, Energy Detection, Healing, Resistance to Radiation, Starburst, Flight, Force Field; Emerald Constructs [ The ring can generate almost any structure imaginable, formed out emerald energy.  They are at the power's intensity, and can have almost any properties, by either Cosmic Energy Control or Power Duplication ], Lesser Energies [ the ring can generate and control lesser forms of electromagnetic energy, as per the Light Control and Radiation Control powers ] )

-Power Duplication 12 ( any power the wielder has seen in use can be duplicated )

-Both of the above powers have the following limits:  almost all affects are green; non-construct  affects usually still involve some construct appearing; none of the rings powers can be used to kill ( indirect effects may still be fatal )

-Hyperlinguistics 12

-CPU ( The ring has a computer database; treat as Intellect 12, with one try only to answer a question; failure means the information sought simply isn't in the database; if the question is about the Green Lantern Corp, the Guardians of the Galaxy, or similar topics, the Intellect is 20)

-the ring can only be used by Hal Jordan, Kyle Raynor, or one of Raynor's descendants.  The proper user can control it from a distance

-The ring has a number of charges equal to its Cosmic Energy Control intensity.  The ring loses one charge when: the users pushes its Cosmic Energy or Power Duplication powers; a construct that required a Superhuman or greater difficulty action to create is destroyed ( not dismissed ); a full day of normal useage passes; the "Out of Ammo" event is played as narrators card; the Narrator plays a Doom card specifically for the purpose ( must be high enough a card to make the action fail if played normally ).  When the ring runs out of charges, its Cosmic Energy and Power Duplication powers fail.

 

Lantern Battery ( the Battery fully recharges the Power Ring.  It can collapse into a siz inch wide, quarter inch thick disk at will )

 

Calling:  Adventurer

 

Hindrances:  Triggered-Powerless ( loss of ring or running out of power )

 

Personality:  normal guy; feels slightly out of place in JLA; very creative, always tries new things;  good friends with Flash, scared of the Batman; sometimes awestruck; enthusiastic; strong sense of responsibility; keeps in touch with other current/former Green Lanterns.
