 I have a
copy of this game up in my room. It's in my SNES about 70% of the time.
Everytime my friend Josh comes over, we have to play at least one circut
of Super Mario Kart. Racing has never been this fun! Mario Kart is a perfect
mix between hardcore racing and mario style combat and humor.
Graphics: (7/10) Okay, well the 3d perspective
is pretty crude. There's one 3d plane (the racetrack) and everything else
is either sky or sprites. This means the perspectives and angles can be
very rough at times. But, overall it looks pretty decent.
Sound: (8/10) The sound is great in Super
Mario Kart. Besides the classic mario style music, there's good action
sounds. Engines "Vrooming," tires "Screetching," and whatever that sound
Bowser makes when he passes you. The sounds are well balanced and play
an important role in the game.
Fun: (9/10) Super Mario Kart is addictively
fun. The mix of racing and combat make playing strategies vary. 2-player
"Battle Mode" can't be matched. And racing the circuts with a friend creates
memmories for a lifetime. I love Supe Mario Kart.
Creativity: (8/10) Who would have thought
Mario could race like that? Super Mario Kart took a new angle on racing
games and delivers a unique playing experience. Tracks like "Rainbow Road"
are a testament to brilliant game design.
Multi-Player:
Oh yeah! 2-player Super Mario Kart is the best. If you don't have any
friends, here's a good reason to make some.

Errors: I used Snes9X and I only experienced
some minor slow downs. I'm pretty sure Super Mario Kart works well with
Zsnes also.
