Thanks to mOmA for this tip!

1. Open Toast 5 or 4.

2. Put the CD-ROM of OS X in your player.

3. Uncheck "Mac Files and Folders" and make a ISO 9660 or "copy data" selection.

4. Burn.

Proven and works fine :-)
