Monday, August 20th, 2001
David tells Hank that he is going to leave Harmony. This gets Hank to thinking that David is making the ultimate sacrifice for Grace. David tells Hank that he cannot make Grace remember him as much as he cannot make her forget Sam and her life in Harmony. Sam tells Grace that they should just go on like David does not exist. Grace tells Sam David does not exist. Grace tells Sam that she cannot do that. Hank tells Sam and Grace that David is packing to leave. This delights Sam but Grace has misgivings. Grace goes to David's room. David tells Grace goodbye. David wants Grace to keep a sketch of her that he drew. Grace tells David to stay much to Sam's displeasure. Chad and Whitney question where the wedding ring came from that is on Theresa's finger. Ethan thinks Theresa put on the ring to keep other guys away from her while she is traveling. Ethan tells a guilty Theresa that he was afraid for a moment that she married another man. Julian's friend Bruce stops by to take the newly weds out to lunch and Ethan hears him. Julian covers for Bruce's outburst and tells Ethan that Bruce was expecting Rebecca to be with Julian. Bruce whispers to Julian that he is really in a bind. Julian tells Bruce to help him terminate the marriage before he gets terminated himself. Whitney begs Theresa to confide in her as she knows that Theresa is in big trouble. Whitney tells Chad that Theresa is in the biggest trouble of her life. Ethan insists that she and Theresa get married now. Sheridan has uneasy feelings on the boat, even though she is unaware of the bomb that is about to explode. Basil watches from shore awaiting the explosion. Sheridan goes below and takes off her ring and lays it on the counter. Sheridan's ring falls and while she is looking for it, she spies the bomb. Sheridan doesn't know what the strange piece of equipment is for. Sheridan then sees that there is some sort of timer attached and realizes that it is a bomb. She screams for Luis who is swimming. Charity says when they get off the island it will be too late to help Sheridan and Luis. She says it's the countdown to their deaths. Charity already says that it is way too late to help Theresa. Kay puts out the signal fire and Simone gets incensed at Kay's devious plan. Norma has Tabitha bagged. Norma tells Tabitha she is going to dig Tabitha's grave and she'll make it big enough for Timmy too. Timmy tires to free Tabitha and manages to get her to fall to the ground. They escape from Norma and run through the woods. Reese cannot light the signal fire. Charity has visions of all of them dead corpses laying on the beach. Charity says that they are never getting off the island. Jessica innocently befriends Norma much to Tabitha's horror. Luis hears Sheridan scream his name as the bomb detonates and the boat goes up in flames.
Tuesday, August 21st, 2001
Jessica befriends Norma. She tells Norma how lucky she feels to have someone else on the island. Especially someone with her own ax. Jessica feels that the ax will come in handy while they are collecting wood for the signal fire. Jessica introduces Norma to Tabitha and Norma realizes that Timmy is really a doll. Timmy wants to take to the woods to hide from Norma. Tabitha reminds him of the warlocks and she says they would do better by taking their chances with Norma.
Simone cannot believe Kay put all their lives in danger by dousing the firewood with water so it can never be lit. She calls Kay horrible and despicable for her selfishness. She also says that if anything happens to anyone of them, it will be all of Kay's fault.
Sheridan and Luis' boat is reduced to a floating pile of debris. June watches the explosion and says that it was the biggest explosion that she has ever seen.
Whitney again begs Theresa to come clean about what she is hiding. Ethan tries to usher Theresa to the altar and cannot understand why she is so reluctant to get married. Theresa does not know how to explain already being married to Julian. Julian steps in and tries to explain away Theresa's reluctance by saying that she is really still dreaming of having her perfect dream wedding. Theresa tells Ethan that she cannot possibly get married to him without her mama being there.
Ethan refuses to take no for an answer. Ethan promises Theresa her dream wedding after they get back to Harmony but insists they get married now. He tells Theresa he is afraid if they do not get married now that they never will. He tells Theresa again how much he loves her. Theresa hugs him and agrees to get married tonight.
Julian takes Theresa aside and asks her what she is thinking of. He also tells Theresa that she cannot back out of the wedding now and she cannot tell Ethan the truth. Julian assures Theresa that they can get their marriage annulled. He tells her that she can marry Ethan for real when they have the second ceremony when they get back to Harmony.
Charity believes that she and the others will never get off the island alive. She screams that there has been an explosion and it is too late to help Luis and Sheridan. Charity yells that they are gone. Miguel and Reese cannot light the signal fire because the wood is soaked. Kay tries to explain away the wet wood. Miguel realizes that Charity is freezing. He takes her back to camp to try to warm her up. Theresa tells Whitney that the dress she is hiding was a wedding dress. She tells Whitney that she has already been married in it. There is a body floating face down near the debris of Luis and Sheridan's boat.
Wednesday, August 22nd, 2001
David tells Hank that he will stay in Harmony as long as Grace wants him to. Sam questions Grace about why she asked David to stay. Sam points out that David is the dark cloud that is hanging over their marriage. He says that if David leaves it will solve all their problems. Grace tells Sam that David could shed some light on her past. She also says that if she really is married to David she could be a bigamist.
Theresa tells Whitney that she married Julian the night before. Whitney cannot believe her ears and Theresa shows her the marriage certificate. Whitney fears the worst....that Theresa slept with Julian. Theresa confirms Whitney's fears when she says that they did have sex. Theresa explained about how drunk they both were and how she still loves Ethan and wants to marry him. Whitney tells Theresa "I told you so." She also cannot believe that Theresa intends on going through with marrying Ethan tonight. Whitney tells Theresa she must tells Ethan the truth if she ever hopes to keep him. She tells Theresa point blank that she doubts her relationship with Ethan can withstand another lie.
Bruce laughs at Julian's situation with Theresa. He tells Julian that he is as good as dead. Julian worries about what Ethan will do to him when he finds out about him and Theresa. He also momentarily worries about Luis and then remembers that Luis is probably dead from the explosion that he planned.
Luis and Chad go to the wedding chapel to make plans for the wedding. The Justice of the Peace is there looking at photos of Julian and Theresa's wedding. He is appalled at how drunk they were when they tied the knot. Ethan introduces himself to the Justice and asks to see the photos that he is holding so he can see what kind of work the chapel photographer does. The Justice is reluctant to show Ethan the photos because he is embarrassed of the condition of the bride and groom. Julian panics when he realizes that the Justice of the Peace will recognize Theresa from the night before. He rushes to her room to stop her from showing her face in the chapel. He finds Whitney in the room alone, talking on the phone. Whitney tells Julian that Theresa went to find Ethan to confess everything. Julian remarks that if the Justice of the Peace recognizes Theresa before she can talk to Ethan, that Ethan will go ballistic. Both Julian and Whitney try to catch up to Theresa to stop her. David tells Grace that his presence in Harmony is really tearing her apart and he loves her too much to see her in pain so he is leaving. He tells Grace that he will be in touch from time to time. Grace tries to talk him out of it.
Luis turns up in the water alive. He shouts for Sheridan and dives under the water to search for her. He is spotted by two fishermen in a small boat. They bring him aboard and try to give him medical attention but Luis insists that they keep searching for Sheridan. Luis gets too agitated to stay on the boat and dives into the water to once again look for Sheridan. As the two fishermen watch Luis dive back into the water they doubt the he will survive.
Thursday, August 23rd, 2001
One of the fishermen believes that Luis is dead and the other wants to keep searching for him because he believes that Luis could be alive.
Simone calls Kay selfish for ruining their chances of being rescued. Kay refuses to leave the island until the legend of the two girl cousins comes true. Simone cannot believe that Kay really wants to see Charity dead. Simone tells Kay that if anything happens to anyone of them, especially Charity, it will be on her head.
Norma threatens Tabitha and Timmy that they will never get off the island alive.
Julian tries to intercept Theresa before the Justice of the Peace can see her and recognize her as the bride from the night before.
He rushes into the chapel only to find Chad and Ethan there.
Charity passes out and Miguel fears that she is dead. Reese says that she is in a deep trance. Everyone tries to gather wood to light a fire. They hope the warmth from the fire will help Charity's condition.
Norma tells Tabitha that if she would put Timmy down, she could be of more help to them.
Jessica agrees with Norma, so Tabitha reluctantly sets Timmy on the ground near a large rock. Timmy wants to gather wood to help "his Charity". He wanders off only to be stalked by Norma. Tabitha returns and cannot find Timmy. She calls his name and panics when she realizes that Norma is nowhere to be seen as well.
The fishermen find Luis and get him on board their boat. They tell Luis that he is calling out to a ghost. They say that no one else could have survived the explosion and that Sheridan must be dead. Luis is warned that if he tries to go into the water again that he probably won't get out of the water alive.
Theresa wavers back and forth between telling Ethan the truth about her and Julian and with going through with a wedding to him. Whitney begs her to come clean with the truth. Theresa finally tells Ethan that she cannot go through with the wedding. Before Ethan can change her mind, the Justice of the Peace walks into the room. When he sees Julian and Theresa he says"Good Lord! You Two!"
The warlocks call to Charity. They beckon her to walk toward the flames of the fire by promising her they if she does, she can help Theresa, Luis and Sheridan.
Friday, August 24th, 2001
Grace discusses David with Eve. David tells a magazine that he cannot work for them because he needs to stay in Harmony a little longer.
Sam works on their new house. He tells Hank he still does not believe that David was ever married to Grace. Hank feels that Sam is just avoiding the truth. Sam plans on taking Grace and David to Hartford so the priest that supposedly married them can confirm it.
Charity almost walks into the fire because of the warlocks calling to her. Simone stops her just in time. Charity says she sees "people" calling her toward the fire. No one else sees it and this makes Charity look even more unbalanced, according to Kay, who has been trying to get Miguel's sympathy. Charity must be watched so she does not go into the fire. As Reese watches her, Kay distracts him so Charity can go to the warlocks.
Tabitha finds Timmy who almost got axed by Norma. When they get back to camp, Tabitha realizes that Charity saw warlocks.
Julian throws his weight around and threatens the Justice of the Peace not to mention his marriage to Theresa. He also tells him to marry Ethan and Theresa without saying a word or he'll be out of a job.
The fishermen bring a badly hurt Luis into shore before a huge storm hits.
The priest that married David and Grace does not remember them, which pleases Sam. Norma sets a trap for Tabitha by finally getting her hands on Timmy.
Therese puts her confession to Ethan and their impending marriage on hold when they run into the fishermen carrying Luis on a stretcher. Julian gets to view his handiwork when he sees Luis' bloody body and hear the fishermen say that Sheridan did not survive.
