Currently enrolled students can now view their schedule of classes with meeting days, times, and locations, as well as their semester grades and full transcripts and/or transfer course credits. Transcript information is updated weekly. Transcripts are not available on Fridays from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

If you would like to order a term grade report or complete unofficial transcript, you can do so by calling the Rutgers Telephone Grade Inquiry System at one of the following numbers: (609) 225-1999, (732) 445-1999, or (973) 353-1999. Once you have gained access to the system, it will prompt you with recorded messages. In addition to your nine-digit student ID number you must use your PAC (usually the four digits comprising the month and day of your birth). Your term grade report is available only for the semester just ended at Rutgers. To hear the ordering option you must first listen to one semester of grades on the Telephone Grade Inquiry System.
Students who are currently enrolled and have a campus post office box available will have transcripts mailed to their boxes September through May. During the months of May through August, transcripts will be mailed to your home address.
Those students who do not have a campus post office box will have transcripts mailed directly to their home address.

Requests for official transcripts will be processed in the order received. Allow ten (10) days for release. There is no charge for this service. A transcript will Not be released for any person whose financial account is not clear. We will not accept EMAIL requests!
