Ford Powerstroke Intercooler
Adapted to a Turbo Buick
I'm hosting this info and pics for Rob Archer who dared to try something new. Evidently it was a success!

This copied from the website, I attached all the pics I have. It's pretty straight forward, but on a street car you'll have to be careful and cut a little at time to clearance the header pnl fron the IC. Mine is drag only so I just hacked away but after looking at it, there is just enough room for it to fit and keep the high beams. One other thing I left out of the parts list was the adapter from Cotton's from the turbo to the 3" IC pipe. It's 22.00 and works great. I now have the intercooler all installed and ready to go. It looks KILLER!!!!! The 3" piping looks even better! Here are the part numbers from NAPA. I'll try and get some pics asap.
