Why have I created this web site? I realized some time ago that many of us take sleep for granted. We all hear about , automobile, aircraft, ship , train , home , work place and nuclear plants accidents , that result in loss of property , injury and even death. The cause of a great majority of these accidents have been determined to be SLEEP RELATED. Yet, the great majority of doctors or medical schools do not even want to acknowledge the problem. I am aware I will not solve these problems alone but I would like to be part of the solution by educating people about the danger of the many forms of SLEEP DEPRIVATION.
