Manfacturer: Birdseye Co.
Some PS-30 lamps were made with silvered necks, for downlighting applications. However I believe this is an inefficent design, and was never really that popular, although they were commonly made by smaller lamp manfacturers back in the old days, and Duro-Test made a few into the 1990s. Today, GE still makes a 150 watt PS-30 with clear face and silvered neck, but only in 230 volts.
