When the idea of making this movie was announced, many actors, professional and beginners, tried out for the parts, mostly for the main characters. It toke several tests to get the parts. And the actors that did get the parts battled down perhaps more than 200 people. They rehearsed and practiced and finally, in 1983, the movie came out.
