Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How long does my hair have to be to wear
your hairpieces?
A: It should be long enough to put into
a ponytail or pigtails.
Q: What's the difference between pairs
and single dreadfalls?
A: None. Pairs and singles are constructed
in the same manner but a single dreadfall
has 1.25 - 1.5 times the number of dreads
as a hairpiece from a pair, though the
pair has more dreads combined
than a single.Single dreadfalls are
designed for those who prefer wearing
a single hairpiece (in a ponytail)
as opposed to a pair (in pigtails
or an extra thick ponytail).
Q: Do you take custom orders for items
not on your site?
A: If you have an idea for a hairpiece
or are looking for something in particular,
mail me and I'll tell you if I can work with
your idea.
Q: I want a color not mentioned on your
site. Can I get it?
A: Probably. Mail me and I'll definitely
do my best to order it in.
Q: My question isn't on here. How do I
get an answer?
A: Email me. I will answer your question
to the best of my knownledge
:::Care for your dreadfalls:::
Give them a gentle shaking immediately
after receiving. This will help fluff them
up after shipping and detangle the
dreads from each other.
Store them hanging . Hang them on
bedposts, hangers in your closet,
or door handles. This is by far the
easiest way to store them - it also
minimizes the likelyhood of damage.
Unless they're severely soiled,
DO NOT WASH THEM. If they simply
smell, you can spray them with a
deodourizer (like fabreeze) or hang
them in open air to let them air out.
The smell will dissapate either way.
Avoid heat extremes. Plastic melts.
Don't leave them in your hot car.
If a dread begins to unravel, apply
gentle heat. Twist the dreads and
apply heat using a blowdryer or pour
some boiling water over the dread.
It'll seal back up.
