Deb's Debut

Maybe this web site will bring a lot of information for people like me who love to write. I'm not a singer and I don't play instruments. Only recently I picked up a guitar and started to learn how to play, but must admit that doesn't come quite as easy for me as the songs do. My songs are a part of me.

My children also like to write, my daughter has a childrens book she wrote tucked away, that is almost completed I also tell her she needs to do something with it. My oldest son also use to write and play guitar, but he was involved in an accident so right now his work is tucked away also. Then my youngest she also likes to write she was writing little poems at the age of six. sometimes I would have to spell the words for her as she didn't know how yet. she has a couple little ones.

They are tucked away with my poetry. Well my other son wrote a poem for 911 in school and I also think he has it in is blood to write, but he's at that age of riding bikes and other things, but I think it is something that we would be good at also. well the main reason I decided to write have my daughter make this site is for people like us who like to write maybe find something they can do with their work. I would like to have my songs put on demo and try to have them submitted to singers.

I would love to hear my songs put to music and sang by someone. I have called around a few places for demos and they are quite expensive, so If anybody has any advice on a good deal I would appreciate it. I have met a couple of people on the computer who have told me once my songs are copy written to get back with them as I just recently sent them in for copyright. So i have hung on to address and maybe see what they have to offer. Hopefully I will get some response on this web page. It's a litte scary not knowing how to go about doing all this. I have a forum for any suggestions to anybody would like to share with me on what to do with song writing, books etc.and it is ok for people to have different options I welcome all after all this is what makes the world go round.
