Daniel and I have been searching for his brother James
for a few years. About two months ago I was on the
computer looking for any leads to his brother. As I
searched AOl I came along a name...jamesmullins2. I
looked at that name and wondered if it could be..(we
were not sure if Daniels brother James was a Burson or
Mullins)..after a few seconds, I decided to IM him. I
am not sure what I wrote nor does it matter now. But he
IM'd me back and we started talking about missing family
members. I remember telling him the few things I new
about the James we were looking for and he told me the
story of his lost son. He told me he would help in any
way that he could to find Daniels brother. Asked if we had
any pics of him etc... and I would help him find his son.
We exchanged some info. Night after night (It seemed like
forever)we would sign on the computer and IM each
other or email each other. Many days I wondered if this
was the James we were looking for and he was scared to
admit or something. He sent us a picture of him, his wife
and daughter. I showed it to all our friends asking if
they thought there was a resembulance(sp?)many times I
was told "yes"..My father-in-law (Eddie) became ill and
was hospitalized..and that made me even more eager to
find James. A few days after Eddie got out of the hospital
(I was still curious about the James we were
chatting with regularly on the computer)I took
his pick to my in-laws and told them the story and showed
them the pics..Eddie said he didn't think it was his son..
My Mother-in-law said she had to admitt there was a little
favortism. That night Eddie gave me some info on James.
I went home and started searching more...and I found the
real James about an hour and a half later...*S*..
James and Doreen..I wanted to tell yal thanks for all the
emails and IM's..through talking to yal..yal inspired me
to keep searching! You have been a great friend and I hope
we all continue to write each other..The two of you have
been wonderful..James I hope that you find your son soon.
NEVER GIVE UP!!!!! I still have the info you gave me and
sometimes when I come to my computer I think about him
and I do a little bit of searching..if you have more info
you would like to give me..email it to me...We will help
you search for as long as we can...
