Running Backs/ DB Coach, Mike Brook
Coach Brook is also a 1988 alumnus of S.H.H.S. and a member of the 1987 MAC champ team. Mike is a graduate of Northern Michigan University where he earned a four year football scholarship. Mike also has joined Coach Cutlip in his return to Sterling as a coach and as a teacher. Mike has been a strong force in the Stallions weight training and running programs. He is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Education from W.S.U.

Remember that one time you called me a premadona! that one day you made me run during football gym because I left the meet early cause I was sick. That one time you said I made you so sick you wanted to puke. Or all those times I wrestled with you and I beat you. Great times, I MISS YOU, football wont be the same without you. I dont want it to be this way
