Analeigh Jane Carlson

I am Analeigh's grandmother Mary Jane

Analeigh was born November 17, 2001
weighing three pounds and nine ounces

Analeigh is the daughter of Shawn and Emily Ann Hursh Carlson

By December 11th, Analeigh had gained enough weight
that she was able to come home to join her brother and sister.

We were so excited.

Austin and Abbey soon nicknamed her Squeaky because
of her tiny cry.
She was so tiny, but doing well at home.

Abbey loved to put her arms around her and call her

"Babby Sidder".

And Austin was proud to be a Big Brother TWICE!!

"Annie" as we soon began to call her loved
to be held and was a cuddler.

She loved tne warmth of being held close to another person..

We are so blessed to be able to know and love
Analeigh for three months and 15 days.

She was so small, that Emily and Shawn
would often leave her with
"Mama and Papa"
while they took Austin and Abbey somewhere.

We were lucky enough to be able to care for her
overnight a couple of times, too!!

Analeigh was just beginning to give smiles and
had almost tripled her birth weight.

Sadly, on Saturday, March 2, 2002,
Analeigh died of SIDS.

She took a part of all of us with her,
just as she will always remain in our hearts.

Our family is changed forever.

Our precious little Angel- Analeigh Jane.

We will love you forever.
