"I have a dream..." Martin Luther King once said.
Because of this, now he’s dead.
Equal rights,
No racist fights.
That’s what he wanted.
No black man taunted.
They rode in the back of the bus,
Living in fear of many of us.
They aren’t to be blamed.
The KKK should be ashamed.
We come out of a womb,
Into an ugly death-ridden tomb.
Our race we do not choose,
Our lives, no need to lose.
We’re like one another.
Call us sister or brother.
Black and white,
We shall unite.
Will the world ever beam,
Knowing they conquered a dream?
