PICTURE DESCRIPTION OPINION RATING

Scorched Earth

After relocating a race called the Enkarans, SG-1 realise the new planet is being drastically Terra-formed to an environment which would kill the Enkarans. O'Neill must come up with a solution as the Enkarans refuse to move again.

A fairly good episode. Not much in the way of continuing the overall story line, but a good episode regardless.

Beneath the Surface

SG-1 are working on a planet suffering form an ice age, but appear to have no memory of each other or their lives. As they gradually regain their memories they realise that they have deliberately had their memories altered.

A bit slow at times, with not much humour. (Except for a good Simpson's joke from RDA) However always worth watching.

Point of No Return

A man named Martin contacts the SGC and appears to have extensive knowledge of the Stargate. Of course, SG-1 must investigate, even if Martin is very peculiar indeed.

Quite a funny episode and some classic moments despite the serious storyline. Martin returns in season 5's 'Wormhole Xtreme'

Tangent

The test run of a retro-fitted Goa'uld Death Glider goes awry, hurlting O'Neill and Teal'c further and further into deep space at great speed with no means of controlling the ship. It's up to Sam and Daniel to fugure out a way to save their friends before time runs out.

A serious and touching episode, made lighter by some comical remarks. The first appearance of 3 star General Vidrine later appearing in 'Absolute Power'. A good episode all in all.
