This is the song from the ride, according the book "Disneyland Park - Description Book for Guests with Hearing Impairments." This book is available at Disneyland. But I found this at this website. The part that is in italics is what Elizabeth and Jack sing on the island. The part in bold is what Jack sings at the very end of the movie. And where the song says "'arties," it's the pirate way of saying "hearties."
