In the Silver Millennium he used to be known as Nephrite ( Nephrite was the second "general" to take over the energy-stealing task, and he too was a very cunning opponent. Nephrite seems to have developed a soft side, for he fell in love with Serena's friend Molly. At first, he used Molly's crush on him to his advantage and used her in his evil tasks, but later on his emotions showed through when he risked his life to save Molly. After the battle with Queen Beryl Princess Serenity, who knew the old Nephrite was truly in love with Princess Jupiter, allowed the generals to live a normal life.
