The Story

A brother and a sister are going home when they stumble across a murderer who just so happens is an alien/monster (you never find out... and you never care) who eats every 23 years. He gets a taste for the siblings and start to chase them down for what he wants. Enter a women who sees into the future, who ruins the film by telling you the ending and you have the film dubbed

The scariest film of the last decade

scariest film of the last ten years... I found Rugrats go to Paris more frightening than this. Now let’s be fair, this film started off really well. In fact I can see why people in the States got so scared they had to leave. It was really scary for half an hour. These two children getting chased by what you thought was a madman or something else.
So what went wrong

• They gave the bad guy a face. Now this worked when it was Freddie because he was a human madman. It ruined this film coz it was an alien (meaning motive was irrelevant because it's an alien).
  
• They gave it a motive. It's a damn alien, it should be evil not hungry.
  
• They gave it wings. It gets you, it's gone, you’re dead. No "they could get away" or "They still stand a chance" just "End this damn movie it bores me".
  
• Then he wants the girl all the way through the film, but here is the twist;

  HE WANTS THE BLOKE

  . Who never saw that coming?
• It tries to build suspense by having the alien as unstoppable, but the problem was the good guys didn't stop him so you felt like saying "So did that happen... where is the ending?"
