Sometimes

Sometimes I scream out loud
To make sure I can still feel
Sometimes I act proud
When another heart, I know I can steal

Sometimes the room doesn’t move
Fast enough for me to fly
Sometimes my heart doesn’t move
Fast enough for me to die

Sometimes I stand in silence
Just thinking of this life
Sometimes I ignore the violence
And turn once again to the knife

Sometimes I laugh at nothing
Other times I cry
Sometimes I want everything
And never wonder why

Sometimes I hate this pain
That runs through me
Other times I hate the sane
Part that will never leave me

Sometimes I close my eyes
And hope they never open up
Sometimes I believe the lies
Because I know you are fucked up

Sometimes I dream
Just to imagine
Sometimes I scream
At the thought of my visions
