Become A Billy Keeper!

There have been some suggestions for me to include this on my site, so, here it is! You can become keeper of anything having to do with Billy and/or one of his characters. It can be Billy's eyes, or the Phantom's ring, etc. Limit 2 per person. So, if you would like to become a keeper, just let me know! And as soon as we get this going, I will list the keepers here.
