Well, 'tis close to the end of the semester for me. Finals week is May 1-5. However, that doesn't mean that school will be over... I'm gonna have to take summer classes, and they start the week after finals. Peachy, huh? It gets me from going home anyways. I kinda like living on my own tho. Anyways, Laters!!!

So, you wanna know about how the Chi Alpha Spring Formal went, do yah? Well, it was really good, but I have to say... I went alone. Leslie was going too, but he couldn't make it. He told me that he took his truck in Thursday night so that his mom could take it in the next day *Friday, btw...* and have the tires changed and find out why it smokes a little when he goes home every time. I told him he could still go, just that he could get a ride with someone. However, Leslie told me that his mom was gonna come and pick him up and take him home, which means he's not going. I was disappointed but these things happen. I went to the Formal with my friends Jenn and Melissa. That's when the weekend got off to a good interesting start....... First, Matt, Jenn's boyfriend, was driving their mom's car, which she said they could take to the hotel we were gonna have the banquet at. Not 10 min outside of Tahlequah, and we're telling Matt to slow down, what happens??? HE WRECKS THE CAR!!! It wasn't bad, the grill was way messed up, and scratched the hood a bit, and that's it. Anyways, we get to the banquet a half hour late *it started at 7pm* but Winston understood and let it go. We also went to Laser Quest to play laser tag afterwards, and the guy spells my code name wrong. Anyways, I spent the weekend with Jenn and Melissa and Saturday Jenn hurt her toe real bad chasing after the dog that was chasing after the kittie, trying to make it a snack or something. So anyways, they took Jenn to the doctor, all this while I was asleep. Jenn told me she didn't want to wake me up, so she left me a note saying where they were. I called them asking if she was okay, and she told me the story of the cat and the dog chasing it. Quite the Saturday, I must say. She told me they don't usually have this much excitment in one weekend. I told her I was glad that I came home with them. Anyways, it was better than staying in my dorm room the whole weekend, moping about doing nothing. All's I gotta say is, at least I got some good pics of the Formal, and I did have fun, and it was all good. Laters, peeps!!!

Well, it's almost time for school to end... :( I wish it wouldn't end, but alas, it must. So far I've got a B in Humanities, before my final grade; a B in Computer class; and hopefully, after Friday, I'll have a B in Art class. I'll have to CLEP out of my Trig class because the prof has no clue how to teach Trig. to where I can understand it, and it's required for my major, which I have finally decided is Secondary Math Education, with Fine Arts as a minor. I got my pics developed from the Formal last Friday, but I can't put them up on my webbie untill I scan them to disk. *btw, they will be posted on the Chi Alpha page when I get them scanned and downloaded to disk* Laters, everyone!!! :)

I started my first day of summer classes today *5-8* It was peachy, I liked it. Laters!!!!

Today was the day I moved outta my old room into my new room. You know what? I didn't know I had so much stuff 'till I started packing it all up. Man, was it alot... :P Anyways, I've got a private room for the summer, with actual moveable furniture. My old room had fixed furniture, the bed and desk and all, except the chairs moved, that was it. Now I can move everything around to suit me. Knowing me, I'll prolly change my room around once a week, just to have something to do :-) Anyways, laters, All!!

Well, Friday I had my first test in psych. class. Made a C in it, which is pretty good I think. Although for the past few days I've been going mad out of my mind, I think I'm doing pretty well in my classes. I've nothing to do, except, go to class, and go to the NET lab. Other than that, lately, I've been staying in my room, doing WAAAAAY too much thinking, and some of those thoughts haven't been the best. Take Wednesday for example, ever since I saw my friend Katy that day, I've been so upset about what she said *if you want to know what happened, email me or catch me on pager* Anyways, it had to do with Leslie, and I knew he had been going through enough already and this was not going to help him at all. Personally, I felt like he had a right to know what she said about him *not good stuff, I might add* So anyways, I've been close to the edge ever since, wondering if I did the right thing by telling him or not. And quite frankly, I've gotten sick, not from worry like I used to think it was, but from fear of what would happen when Leslie found out. I'm still feeling that way, unfortunately. I've tried to figure out a way to not think of it so much, but when I want to hang out with my friends, Katy has her b/f Chris, Shelly has her b/f Daniel, Deborah's got her fiance John, and well, Barbara calls Rodney when she can. So that makes it even worse, cause I'm alone. I've no one like that, and from the looks of it, it's not gonna happen any time soon, if ever. Okay, enough. Laters, all!!

Well, 'tis June, think an update is in order.... I think I might have a car soon, an Audi no less, for, get this, $1500. Can't get much better than that, now can I? :-) Anyways, I've started the formal Summer classes this week, and so far so good. For example, the Political Science classes for the summer get to go to the debate between the Democrat and Republican candidates for U.S. Congress the 27th. *I happen to be in AFG, which is American Fed. Gov. so I get to go* It'll be open to the general public as well. I think this'll be a great opportunity to find out what all of them stand for in their campaign. Anyways, that's the outside. Don't get me wrong, it's all good, but I still have those feelings of loneliness a few times a day. I guess I'm just frustrated with the way things are going with me. *Sigh* I'm not sure what else I can do. Maybe I should just let it go. That'll be hard tho... I feel like I've gotten too far with it to give it up now, but maybe it's for the best, I dunno. I'm just confused... For once I dunno what I'm gonna do about it, and it's driving me CRAZY! My friend John thinks he's seeing another girl, and won't tell me about it *he basically said 'cheeting'* I don't believe that, not for a second. Sometimes I wonder if it's really worth the trouble I'm putting into it, but I stop myself at that. Anyways, laters all!!!!

Well, hey kitties, I think I finally found what I was looking for :-) I've been so distraught lately that I've lost sight of the more important things. Such as me. I mean, I'm important aren't I? I think so. Anyways, my friend Deborah's birthday is next Saturday, and we're plannin on havin an old-fashioned girls-only slumber party!! Man, I haven't been to one of those in years, makes you wonder what happened to those days when that was what it was all about, slumber parties, hangin out with girls, talkin about the cutest singer or actor or something. *Sighs* Those were the simple days. I wish I hadn't taken those days for granted so much. I think that's my problem, I've been taking advantage of everything I have *and been taken advantage of...* that I've lost sight of the good stuff, the little things in life. And I'm always sayin "It's the little things that matter most in life." And I'm not even looking at the little stuff right now. I know I know, I'm a hypocrite :-( I feel bad. I took for granted the things I said i would never do that to: The Little Things. They're simple, they're joyful, and golldarnit, they're just plain fun if you think about it :-) Well, that's my revelation, and I'll leave it at that. Latas Y'all!! :-)

Well, hey there kitties, I know I don't usually do this, but updating within a few days of each other is good. Anyways, the reason for this one is that I found the little article about my best friend Jordan from h.s. I'll tell ya what it says: From the Grand River Chronicle, April 26, 2000 ---- "A week-long, all-expense paid trip to our Nation's Capital in Washington D.C., awaits JOrdan Landrum, a Junior at Ketchum High School. A winning essay in an annual contest sponsored by Northeas Oklahoma Electric Cooperative of Vinita earned Jordan the opportunity to attend the 2000 REC Youth Tour, which will take place June 16-22. The son of John and Sandy Landrum of Spavinaw was one of six students selected from the service area of Mayes, Delaware, Craig, Ottawa, and Rogers counties to participate in an experience that is sure to reward with a lifetime of memories. The six winners will travel to Oklahoma City on June 16 for a 'Get Acquainted' banquet. There, they'll meet with approx. 50 other Youth Tour Delegates from across the state of Oklahoma. On Saturday, June 17, the delegates will fly to Washington D.C., and begin an exciting tour of the Nation's Capital. The REC Youth Tour began over 30 years ago in an effort to increase awareness among high school students of the importance of non-profit, consumer-owned, electric systems and the cooperative way of doing business. The Youth Tour also allows students to get a first-had glance at democracy in action as they meet our nation's leaders. Northeast Oklahoma Electric Cooperative joins Ketchum Public Schools in congratulating Jordan on his winning efforts." I think it's great. I'm proud of him :-) I get to go to his graduation next May, that'll be totally awesome, and he's a real sweetheart. I'm not sure what college he has in mind, hope he comes to NSU ;-) Anyways, Latas y'all.

Hey, I know I haven't been writing anything lately. I've just been so busy that I haven't found time. It's almost ID4 now, and I'm thinkin about stayin here at the dorms, maybe go home Monday and Tuesday. Anyways, I work at the business affairs office on campus now for a few hrs a day. It's really pretty peachy. I like it anyways. I got the shocker of my life *thus far* yesterday. My friend Katy had her birthday party at Chili's in Tulsa Tuesday, and I couldn't go. I got her a card and took it to her yesterday. And omgosh.... Her b/f proposed to her. So now she's engaged. I mean, I'm really happy for them and all, but... it's just so sudden, and... you know... I feel like I'm losing a friend, in a way. I mean, I know I'm not, but that's the feeling I have right now *at least she's gonna wait till next April or May to have the wedding* And what also got me speechless is when she asked me if I could help her in the wedding plans... Sure, I'm gonna do it, but I was so speechless that it seemed like I wasn't excited or anything when I was. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy for them, I wish them the best, but.. I dunno, I just don't feel right about it. However, this is what they want and I'm gonna support them 100%. *Sighs* So many things, and I feel more isolated. I just can't wait till Aug. 21 when fall starts again. I get to see all my friends that went home for the summer. I miss them all. Anyways, that's all for now. Latas!

Hola Peeps :) Yes, I know, long overdue for an update. I've actually been studying for class *gasp* J/K. Seriously tho, with that and working at the business office on campus, and class itself, I've been quite busy. Anyways, I've got good news for a change :-) One is I finally got my mom to get me a cat. Her name's Peaches cause she's pale orange and white striped *for those of you who remember the cat food commercials with a similar cat name Morris, that's what she looks like, only cuter, of course :-)* Anyways, I think she's about 4-5 mos., somewhere about there. And Two, I'm finally getting a home computer!! Totally excited, so Mom and Russell want me to come home this weekend and set it up for them :-) LOL Personally I think it's funny cause I have to set it up, and neither one of them knows crap about how to set up computers. :-) hehehe..... *Sighs happily* Ahh, to live in this world of computers. Ain't it Grand? :-) Anyways, Classes will be over soon *whoooohooooo!!!!!* and Fall starts Aug. 21. And, I get paid this Friday *7-21* So far, life is lookin up now :-) Anyways, I'll talk to y'all laters. Bye!! :-)

Hey y'all. Just thought it was time for an update. The picture up top is my character - Morrigan Jade - Celestial Chorus Priestess with a tendency to cuss during services. Red hair, Green eyes, 5'6, 130 lbs. Actual age 23, Apparent age 18, Cherokee Irish, Lavender-Colored skin. The Lavender skin must be explained - Morrigan was awakened at age 13 by a Vampire seducing her so he could drain her blood. She felt something not right and awakened. When she did, she Prime blasted him so bad, she killed him instantly and her Paradox backlash gave her Lavender skin. Therefore, she has to watch out for One-eyed, One-horned, flying Purple People Eaters, cause, well, she's Lavender. Prime is the special sphere of the Celestial Chorus. Prime 1 senses stuff, Prime 2 can do minimal damage. Prime 3, which she has, can do lots of damaged if done right. It's a blast of Quintessential light basically, Quintessence is what you need for sustaining your life, and Paradox is the opposite of Quintessence. If you do a lot of Magic, you get lots of Paradox if you're not careful. Anyways, I'll talk to y'all latas. Any questions about Morrigan, email me.

Hey everyone! I have finally started my Fall classes, and I'm sooo excited! I'm not taking very many hrs this sem *13 to be exact* cause I want bring my GPA back up. I had a few problems with my enrollment deal, but I got it all straightened out now :-) Anyways, I've been so busy with Welcome Week I'm ready to crash and burn in bed. This past weekend we helped a lot of students move into the dorms. I thought it was quite successful. *Just to let y'all know, the thing this weekend was with ALL the campus christian groups Working together. We're hoping to do more stuff like that in the future* Yesterday we *as in Chi Alpha* handed out free sodas to everyone in front of the UC *University Center* and handed out flyers for Chi Alpha's activities for Welcome Week. Then yesterday evening we had a scavenger hunt and had any new freshman or pple interested in Chi Alpha come, and then we went to Braum's for ice-cream :-) Today we're having a cook-out at the Illinoise River on Eagle Bluff Resort *it's Free Food y'all!* There's also volleyball and basketball courts if anyone wants to play, and we can build a camp fire later in the evening and, maybe, have S'MORES!!! I love s'mores :-) Thursday we're having Cafe Chi Alpha at the Iguana, the local coffee house everyone loves to hang out at. We're having live music there too :-) And Saturday, we're going on a float trip, cost is $10-12, depending on how many pple go. I'm gonna go just for the reason that I've never been on a float trip before. It sounds like fun to me. *Oh, btw, Welcome Week is the first week of school and all the groups and organizations on campus have lots of activities so that the new freshman and transfer students can get to know some pple here* Anyways, that's what I'll be doing this week *phew, I think it's plenty. After the float trip Saturday, I'll prolly crash in bed for the rest of the weekend* Yep, I'm gonna be a busy girl this semester, even tho my class load is fairly light. Talk to y'all laters!!

Well, I've gone through all my classes now *I have a night class on Thursdays* They're really gonna be good. I like them. I'm still waiting on the float trip on Saturday, it's gonna be soo awesome! :-) We had Cafe Chi Alpha tonite, and it was so sweet. My friend Justin *whom I have in my Trig. class 8am T TH* played his guitar for us. He's good :-) I know this seems like very little compared to the other updates, it's just I'm going through a bit of a difficult time and need to get through it before I start writing a whole bunch again. I'll definitely tell all about the float trip. Oh, and I signed up for ebay the other day. I bid on a Sony discman cd player, and I won the auction. I sent the money order today, so hopefully I'll get it withing the next coupla weeks. I'm soo exited. It only cost me $33 plus shipping, cheaper than Wal-Mart even :-) Okay, talk to y'all laters!! :-)

Hey everyone. Thought it was time for an update :-) Well, I went canoeing the other Saturday. I had so much fun. I didn't get real bad sunburned, which is good :-) However, I did find out an intriguing bit of info later that night. My roomie's fiance John told me that while I was in the canoe with one of our new freshman *Drew* Leslie was giving us dirty looks... I'm not gonna read too much into that, I mean, cause it could be anything, but a girl can dream, can't she? :-) Anyways, after our first stop, Drew ditched me for the raft, and Leslie went with me in the canoe the rest of the ways, so it was no problem. Oh, um, and another thing, this past Saturday... I... well, I went to my cousin Hollie's wedding in Wichita, KS, and um, caught the boquet... I didn't mean to, but I'm glad I did... Real glad I did... hehe... Anyways, that's about all the excitement I've had so far. Talk to y'all latas! :-)

Well, gee, ya know I've been busy lately. I know, it's almost December now and the last time I wrote an update was in August. Just goes to show you how much school can take up your time. I've been so busy lately, I've not even thought about my web page lately. I've got some more pics but I haven't gotten them scanned yet. Don't worry, I'll get them up as soon as I can. Hopefully, it'll be before school lets out in, *GASP* 3 weeks. I get out Dec. 15, and go back Jan. 15. Not too shabby, the only problem is, I have to go home, and truthfully, I don't want to deal with Russell for 4 weeks. Anyways, if I get some time, I might be adding another page, mostly for family stuff. That'll be a while yet. Anyways, classes are good, a good chance I'll have at least a B average this semester, no worries. Oooh, and I'm going to L.A. for New Year's too, which will totally rock. Anyways, gotta go :-)

Hey guys, I know it's WAAAAAAAYYYY overdue for an update, seeing as it's almost May now. Okay, here's what's been going on. Dec comes and goes, np. Christmas comes and goes, with no family feuds, which shocked the heck outta me. Dec 27, we (as in a few of us Chi Alphans) leave for L.A. I was sooo happy when we got there. Definitely a wonderful change from the icy cold snowy thingie in Oklahoma, to the nice warm, beachy sunshiny weather in L.A. Loved it! Anyways, awesome time. Got to see UCLA, that was cool. Jan 2, get to go to Santa Monica Pier/Beach. Had fun in the sun and the beach. Got some pics of it too Those pics are on the Chi Alpha page. Jan. 3, we get to go to DisneyLand!! OMGosh, you wouldn't believe what happened when I started walking down Main St. U.S.A. hehe... Just ask Destry. He'll tell you I was majorly flippin out, LoL! I couldn't help it. I've never been to DisneyLand or DisneyWorld, so I totally freaked, in a good way mind you. I was so happy, I literally cried. Like I said, I couldn't help it, so there :-p Anyways, I've also added a photo album about me and my family, and some baby pics too. Those are on my personal info page (page 2 that is) along with my DisneyLand pics. Oh yeah, forgot to mentioned what happened AFTER I got back. I couldn't enroll into NSU for this semester, my grades got too low last semester. OOPS! heh... Anyways, I'm at Bacone College in Muskogee. I'm doing pretty good here, but I'll be going back to NSU this summer. I know I know, what am I DOING going to college in the summer??? I want to spend as much time as I can with Deborah, my roommate last semester at NSU. She won't be coming back in the Fall, she'll be going to ORU (for those who don't know, Oral Roberts Univ) and she's taking summer classes, so I'm gonna go back to NSU and room with her one last time before she leaves. It's funny how when you start to live with someone, and then problems arise (between her b/f and I, he kept calling all hrs of the night), and then y'all leave each other, and you start to miss each other. Well, that's what happened to me and Deb. We both started missin each other real bad this semester, so I call her whenever I can. We had a Chi Alpha revival in Feb. and I spent the night with her for that. We were up talking till 2am that night. I loved it, and I miss that. We both do actually. I hope God gives me a car by the time fall starts so I can go see her at ORU :-) Anyways, that's enough for now, cause that's about it. There were a few bad things that happened, but I won't post them here. Get in touch with me if you want to know the rest: xacris@hotmail.com. Talk to y'all when I can!!

Hello again, Everyone. Well, I didn't do the summer classes thing this time. A problem came up that took my attention. I wouldn't have passed my classes as it were. My grandpa died right after finals week and even though it was expected (he had lung cancer for some time now) it still hit me pretty hard. He pretty much raised me when me and my brother Michael were growing up. Mom would work Nights and weekends, sometimes two jobs and would sleep during the day when we were at school, so grandpa was a big help. Anyways, good news is that at BC (Bacone College) I'm an R.A. (Resident Assistant) this year, so I won't be going back to NSU anytime soon. As most of you know, I STILL don't have a computer at home, so I've been isolated, and on top of that, I moved into a new place out by Spring Creek and have no phone there, but I have a phone at school, so if you want that number, just email me and I'll let you know as soon as I can. Well, I know this isn't much, but I gotta go. Laters everyone!!!

Wow, hey everyone. I know it's been some time since I've done an update. My friend Deb is pregnant. It's a girl and her name's Tara. Her picture is in my photo album if you haven't seen it already. Deb's due in March. I've finally declared my major. It's Art Education. I'll be teaching Art in all grades, not just Elementary or High School (I hope!!!). I'll have to take another year because of the way my scheduling has gone lately. I'm no longer at BC (see above), I'm back at NSU. BC didn't have my major anyways, and it's just now a 4-yr univ. Not much in the way of classes, lemme tell ya! It was pretty expensive too - $14,500 a year, geeps, I had to take out $1500 loans every semester I was there! Gah! More money I have to pay back to the Gov. *Sighs* Well, at least at NSU I only had to take out a $500 instead of $1500. Very good improvement. And it's still pretty bad in the Admin (Administration) and Fin Aid buildings *Sighs about that too* But classes are going a lot better this year. I have my one and only performance with the NSU Chorus on Dec. 3 on the campus' CPA (Center for Performing Arts). Finals are in about 3 weeks and after that I'm taking an intercession class over the art and culture of Christmas. It's only for the week before Christmas, so that's cool :-) I've vamped the website a little, if you can't tell, and let me know if I've got an old pic of you and need a new on on the webbie (Or, if I don't even HAVE one of you and you'll let me put it up, send that to me too, okay?) Well, okay, I gotta study now. I've had tests every week since I've started this semester, seems like it'll never end *Sighs about that as well* Well, G'Nite everyone *Or G'Mornin' or G'Afternoon, whichever it is for you*
