Comishioner J co-founded the SWF in Nov 98.

After being brutally beaten by Unknown at Wrestlemania 2, the man formally known as $carface was set to never wrestle in a SWF ring ever again.

Later in the night, the newley crowned SWF champion, ExEcutE announced that he had appointed a new commishioner who would be bearing his new title belt. Out came $carface, now known as Commishioner J with MAF and WkD. ExEcutE announced that they had reformed Oh F**k.
