In other women's singles action Friday, exciting young Belgian player Justine Henin continued her amazing winning singles streak, ousting the tournament's No.14 seed, the accomplished Frenchwoman Sandrine Testud, in straight sets 6-2 6-4.

The unseeded Henin remains one of the tournament's most dangerous floaters, having claimed two singles titles already this year on the Gold Coast and Canberra. She will likely meet fourth seed Monica Seles in the fourth round.

"I am tired but that's normal when you have played 13 matches. I am just so happy to be here. I am physically OK because I've lost only one set in 13 matches, but mentally it's very difficult to keep my concentration," said Henin.

"I hope I will beat her [Seles]. I will see. I will give it everything I have. I have won 13 matches and I have nothing to lose now."
