The season finale was loaded with fireworks and action. 2004 Champion Jim Foose picked up the pole, and began the race by jumping to the lead. But spun around early on allowing James Bancroft to take the lead. Foose then passed Bancroft for the lead and led the remainder of the event.

Ted Hyatt dominated New River Valley, again! But behind Hyatt was a battle between 2004 Series Champion Jim Foose, and John K. John K came home 2nd, Foose 3rd, Chris Meyers in his 1st start of 2004, and James Bancroft rounded out the finishers. Provisionals went to Adam Miracle, and Mike LaFave.

Newman Presnell the 15 year old superstar came to the ASRS for only the second time and DOMINATED! Presnell won the pole, led all 25 laps and picked up his 1st ASRS win. Adam Miracle finished 2nd, followed by current points leader Jim Foose, and James Bancroft. See everyone at New River!

With several drivers and teams making their last ditch efforts to win the 2003-2004 ASRS Pro Cup Championship, alot of preperation went into the U.S. Army 25. Championship leader Jim Foose had high expectations entering the event. Foose set a track record, won the pole, led all 25 laps and won at IRP in January. But this time it was different. Foose won the pole, this time with a lap of 20.092 seconds, led all the laps until lap 23 when Chris Nicastro in his #09 Miccosukee Indian Gaming Chevrolet, a backup car for Foose, stopped and spun, with nowhere to go Foose piled into the #09. Foose lost a wheel and finsihed the night on 3 wheels as Adam Miracle passed for the win on the last lap, followed by James Bancroft and then Jim Foose, Chris Nicastrowas fourth. Rounding out the field was Mike Lafave, Newman Presnell, Chris Meyers, Nick Witzke who all did not start. Larry Douglas, Jr and Charley Morgan recieved provisionals.

Lowes Motor Speedway: March 18th, 2004

The Lowes 25 had some rough action with Mike Lafave picking up the pole, leading the most laps and winning the race. But not without challenges from Adam Miracle. Jim Foose was 2nd, Adam Miracle was 3rd, James Bancroft 4th, and Chris Nicastro 5th.

USA International Speedway: March 11th, 2004

The Sunoco Race Fuels 25 at USA International Speedway in Lakeland, Florida was an exciting race. Point Leader and 2003 Champion, Jim Foose picked up the Bud Pole at 21.948, led all 25 laps, and picked up the win. Adam Mircale finished 2nd, Mike Lafave 3rd, James Bancroft 4th. Provisionals went to Chris Nicastro #45, and Chris Kent #47.

Concord Motorsports Complex: February 19th, 2004

The Dodge 25 at Concord Motorsports Complex proved to be an exciting race. Pole Sitter Kenneth Drake and Jim Foose went into turn 1 side by side. Going into turn 3, Drake pushed up into the #1 Haas CNC Machine Tools Chevrolet of Foose, and knocked it sideways. Foose did a Great Job of Driving and everybody kept it going. This opened the door for the #11 of Larry Douglas, and #65 of Mike Lafave to go to work on Drake for the lead. Lafave took the lead and Douglas forced the #8 Donut Designs Toyota into the wall. Foose then passed the #11 of Douglas, who didnt seem to happy and drove the #1 into the wall. Late in the race as Foose was in 2nd Douglas once again slammed the #1. This earned the #11 a Disqualifiaction for Rough Driving. Lafave picked up the win, followed by Foose, James Bancroft picked up 3rd, Hot Shoe Kenneth Drake finished 4th, Adam Miracle rounded out the top 5. Chris Nicastro and Larry Douglas finished out the field. Chris Kent and Tyler Nevins were awarded provisionals.

Mike LaFave won the Bud Pole, led all 25 laps and picked up the win. Adam Miracle tried to get the win but just couldnt complete the pass on LaFave. Championship Leader Jim Foose finished 3rd after a disapointing run in the #1. and James Bancroft finished 4th. Provisonals went to the #54 and the #8.

Kenneth Drake pulled off yet another win! Mike LaFave finished 2nd, Jim Foose 3rd, James Bancroft 4th, and Adam Miracle 5th. LaFave grabbed the pole, but it was Drake who led every lap. Adam Miracle and Jim Foose made some hevy contact early in the race that sent the #1 Advance Auto Parts Chevy sliding. LaFave edged the #1 out of second at the line.

Kenneth Drake once again, won the pole and the race. The Hard Charger of the night was Jim Foose in the #1 Advance Auto Parts Chevrolet. Newcomer Mike LaFave was third followed by James bancroft, Adam Miracle, Chris Nicastro, Chris Kent and Charley Morgan who was DQ'ed for language on the game. Next Week the series travels to Mesa Marin in Bakersfield, California.

Kenneth Drake picked up the pole, led every lap and won the the Donut Designs 17 at Texas Motor Speedway. Jim Foose finished 2nd, Adam Miracle 3rd, James Bancroft 4th, and Chris Nicastro 5th.

On a Cold night in Indianapolis the racing was hot. Jim Foose grabbed the pole with a rocket fast qualifying time of 19.918. Foose jumped to the early lead over Kenneth Drake. Foose then held on for the full 25 laps to lead flag to flag and pick up his second win of the season and first for Advance Auto Parts. Jed Clampett was 2nd in the Kelloggs Chevrolet, Kenneth Drake was third in the Harrahs/Donut Designs Chevrolet, Adam Miracle in the Menards Chevrolet was forth and rounding out the field was Chris Nicastro in the Shell Chevrolet. Yet another great race for the ASRS.

With Silly Season in full swing in the ASRS Pro Cup Late Models, The #54 car driven this week by Kenneth Drake sat on the Pole. Along side Drake was defending champion Jim Foose. Drake led the first 9 circuits until Jed Clampett took the lead. Segler held on to win followed by Foose in the Advance Auto Parts Chevy, Adam Miracle in the #4 Menards Chevy, Kenneth Drake in the #54 Harrahs Chevy, to complete the JF2 Racing sweep of the Top 4 positions. Rookie Chris Nicastro in the 45, his own car finsihed 5th. James Bancroft in the Mopar #71 came home 6th, and Tyler Nevins in the Lowes #5 Chevy had mechanical problems and finished 7th. The Derry 25 had some rough and tumble action. Pole Sitter Jed Clampett had the lead until the Harrahs Ford of Chris Nicastro made contact with the #72 Team Nitro Chevrolet. That cleared the way for the #1 Miccosukee Indian Gaming Ford of Jim Foose to take the lead and the win. Adam Miracle picked up 2nd, Segler brought his wounded car home 3rd, James Bancroft in 4th, Rookie Chris Nicastro in 5th. The tow provisionals went to the #20 of Craig Schmidt and the #24 of Billy Hall. See everyone on January 8th, 2004!

The Pennsylvania 25 was exciting to the last minute. Pole Sitter Jed Clampett set a new ASRS Track Record with a lap time of 17.487. As the Races Started Clampett in his Nitro Motorsports Chevrolet got a nice jump. Newman Presnell in the #48 Chevrolet, Jim Foose in the #1 Miccosukee Indian Gaming Ford and #16 Brian Wertman in the McDonalds/CN Chevrolet went 3 wide. Presnell and Wertman then went side by side when Foose slowed to allow them to race. Foose then took over 2nd after the #16 and #48 bumped. Meanwhile coming through the field was James Bancroft one of the only Dodge drivers in this series. Bancroft worked his way to third by the end of 25 laps. Last weeks Winner Adam Miracle in a brand new Menards Ford for JF2 Racing had his own troubles. Miracle finished 5th. Clampett picked up the win, followed by Foose, Bancroft, Wertman, Miracle, Presnell and Chris Nicastro in the #54 M&Ms Ford. Great race by all congrats to Jed Clampett on winning his 1st ever ASRS Pro Cup Feature!

Advance Auto Parts 25: Caraway Speedway Decemeber 4th, 2003.

A wild Night of racing, as Pole Sitter Jed Clampett appeared to have it locked up and lost it with 15 laps to go. Rookie Sensation Adam Miracle pulled off a miracle with his race win in his first ASRS Pro Cup Start. Clampett was 2nd, Followed by Kenneth Drake in 3rd, 2003 Series Champion Jim Foose in 4th, and Keith Thews rounded ou the top 5. Brian Wertman finished 6th, 2003 Series Runner up James Bancroft in 7th, Rookie Chris Nicastro in 8th, and Joe Quinn in 9th due to a Disqualification for Unsportsmanlike conduct. Quinn has been suspended indefinetly for his actions. The two Provisionals went to Craig Schmidt who was scored 10th, and Billy Hall who was scored 11th. See everyone at Jennerstown next week.
