Here are my choices for the 2012-13 Top 100 JC players in California.
The only requirement is that I have to have seen them play (anywhere...during the regular season or during the summer - at some point - at the JC level, in HS, in travel ball or in a summer league such as the Drew League or the SF Pro-Am).
Players are listed by the position that they played most of the time at the JC level. Most players in California JCs play one position “larger” than they are likely to play at the 4-year level (since we have so many guards and not so many big men around here).
There is also an extensive Honorable Mention list, which includes the players I seriously considered for inclusion on the Top 100 List.
And finally, as of February 27th, the list is complete! Congratulations to Devon Nisby of Merritt, who claimed the 100th and final spot (not that he's the 100th-best player - he was just the last contender I finally got to see play).
