All rankings are based on the players and teams I saw play at the 2006 3 Stripes JC Shootout. There were 40 teams involved. I managed to see 21 of them in a total of 12 games (there were usually 6 games going on at a time, and obviously I could only watch one of them), including 3 teams twice.
Since there were usually 6 games going on at the same time, I had to make some tough choices and I hope you'll understand if I didn't get to see your team.
And of course, all these opinions are my own and have some degree of subjectivity. I've roughly followed the stats and results, but not completely. I recognize there's plenty of room for disagreement, but this is what I think...
Most Outstanding Player:
Chris Mark, Pier Pressure (LA Harbor). He topped the ratings, and had a powerful 19-point, 13-rebound performance in an upset win over The Warriors (Citrus).
I had never heard of him before this event, but he made quite an impression.
