For two weeks he dropped hints as to what we were going to be doing, his hints however only confused me more. We my birthday arrived, he told me that we were going to Scoggin-Dickey Chevrolet, this really puzzled me, because we had recently bought a new truck there.
As we approached the dealership, he made me cover my eyes and promise not to peak, when he allowed me to open my eyes, this is what I saw:
So began the best birthday ever!
When we went into the show room, they had one of Dale's cars on display. It was being toured around the U.S. by Bob Lay a promotions director for Richard Childress Racing.
They had many items up for raffle, one including a mini #3 race car, that we ended up winning! Here is a pic of our daughter Codi sitting in it.
Knowing that it would really make my day, my honey made arrangements for me to sit in Dale's Car, Here are some pics of Mr. Lay showing me the correct wat to get in.
Could the day get any better? YES! Here I am in Dale's car!
