Early Tuesday morning (September 11, 2001), innocent people lost their lives. It was a shocking way to start the day. Many of us still haven't recovered from it all. As a way of dealing with the pain and memorializing the people who died there and in other parts of the country, I built this memorial Web page and the Internet community mourns all those who perished, the passengers and pilots of the crashed flights, the workers and visitors in the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, and all the people in and around the attacked areas. Our thoughts and our prayers are with you and your families.
THIS SITE IS WITH YOU. WE WONT FORGET YOU!
* ! * Amy's (Lita's) Thoughts on This Tragety* ! *"I really don't know what to say about something so devastatingly evil that could even make a difference to anyone. So I try as an adult, I gotta have a layer of numbness over me and discover the emotions that I have. There is sadness, anger, fear and helplessness all together. So we start to look for answers who would do something like this, why, what are they trying to accomplish. Ya know, we don't understand. You start to watch and get some of the suspects and motives for an event like this. But what will the answers solve, it doesn't change anything that happened. I've watched the TV since Tuesday morning like I'm sure everyone else has. The only thing thats changed, its become more of a reality. All I can say is I have never felt anything like this personally or on a national level. I can't, I would never have the audacity to say I do know what to do in a situation like this. But on a more personal level, whenever I have a problem, whether it's large or small at any level I begin with stopping everything and taking a deep breath. So tonight I hope that the entertainment that we provide for you here helps you kinda relax, get your mind off things, just for a short time so you can just relax maybe and start taking that first deep breath."
