Time For a Change.....

Well, here it is. My contribution to the world wide web! :) This will be a place where I will document my efforts to lose 145 pounds by following the Subway diet and a low calorie/low fat eating plan. I have read countless other diet success stories, and my goal is to add my story to the millions of others out there. This page is ultimately for me and my accountability, as well as having a virtual scrapbook for my personal growth as I shrink. I would love it if my story could provide the kick in the pants that the other web sites have done for me and my motivation to finally begin. For me, its nice to know that I am not alone in my journey to better health, but its sad to know there are so many of us out there struggling with major weight issues.
