Introduction to the Game List:
One day as I was rambling through my game collection I noticed I had a number of Power Ranger games and on the net there was no one-shop stop to get codes for all of the different games for each system. Then one day a person, who will remean nameless, on alt.fan.power-rangers asked for a list for Power Ranger games for home systems. Thus, started my 4 hour mission to find codes and create the Unofficial Power Rangers Game/Code List (UPRGCL for short).
The following is a list of home gaming systems that have each carried the title of "Power Rangers" on their system. The following codes are natural, meaning as, no Game Shark or Game Genie...sorry. This list's information has been complied from various game sites. If any of the codes do not work, if there is a typo, there is a name error (such as character or weapon) and/or an error in the ability of the codes (ie, what it does), or if you want something added to the list, please notify the author.
If you don't want to go through the list for the game titles and codes, where's a complied list of the game titles.

Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers: The Movie
Start Powered-up
At the start screen press Up, Down, Left, Right, X, B, Y, A. The flame in "Power Rangers" should turn blue.
Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers: Fighting Edition
Choose Opponent in Battle Mode:
To choose your computer opponent, select a two-player battle mode game. After choosing player 2's character press SELECT on Controller Two to put Player 2 under computer control. This works for Player 1 as well if you'd rather watch than fight.
Play as Ivan Ooze:
This only works for the two-player battle mode. At the character, highlight any character at the select screen, hold X + Y and press Start.
Power Rangers Zeo: Battle Racers
Bonus Courses & Characters:
Finish in first place in every course to obtain a score of 320 points. The Sky Course (an extremely long and difficult course) and a special character with maximum grip, acceleration, and speed (250 kph) will be available.

Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue
Megazord Arena characters:
Beat various enemies during the levels in Story Mode to unlock the same characters in the Megazord Arena. Such as a monster, Omega Megazord, and Max Solarzord.
Megazord Arena special attack:
Charge your power meter, then press C-Down for a special attack in the Megazord Arena.
Sercet Levels:
In Story Mode select a level and press the "Z" button, if the code can be done on that level, you should be taken to a new screen. This will enter you in a Bonus round and alter things on the level, such as color of villains, what you fight, etc.
Titanium Ranger:
Rescue the Titanium Ranger in level seven, then finish the rest of the game. Wait for the credits to finish and save the game again. Load the saved then start a new game and the Titanium Ranger will be unlocked. Note: The game must be played in one player mode in order to get to level seven.

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers
Play as the evil Green Ranger in VS. mode
When you see the banpisto screen, rapidly press A, B, or C. If you do it correctly you will here the words "Power Rangers!". Now you can play as the evil Green Ranger in VS. mode! (Note: you can't play as the good Green Ranger and the evil Green Ranger at the same time.)
Play as the Green Ranger and Dragonzord:
Beat the Green Ranger in Story Mode, now he will be on your side along with Dragonzord
Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie
Black Ranger Attack:
Axe Spin Hit A, A or B, B to activate this attack (Note Don't use this against the "Green Ranger" He can use his ZAP attack to stop you)
Fight Lord Zedd:
On level five there is a large rock in the background. Hit it until it opens (about 7 times). Enter the rock and fight the Putty's you find. When the fight is over, you'll return outside and find another rock. Enter this one to fight Lord Zedd.
Finishing Move:
When your opponent is very low on health, hold A and press the d-pad toward your opponent to finish him.
Green Ranger Attack:
ZAP Attack (Best Against Axe Spin) to activate double press the A or the B button.
Blade-Blaster Shot:
Press A or B Button and press Back, Down, Forward, Up, this will emit the blast and hurt opponent.
Power Hit:
For a more powerful hit, hold the fire button for five seconds.
Yellow Ranger Attack:
When the Yellow Ranger is in the air, press Down, Forward, A to do a cool move.

Extra Options:
First beat the game on Story Mode. Then when the title screen comes up press Start. An option called Extra Options should be there. It has a level select for story mode, and a dream mode for VS Game. (Dream Mode lets you play against anybody ie Ranger vs Zord.)
Special Attack:
To execute a special move with any character, press Down-Right and Button 1, Button 2, or both.
Super Attack:
To execute a super with any character, press Forward, Down, Forward, 1, 2.
Play as Green Ranger:
Defeat the Evil Green Ranger and Dragonzord in Story Mode and he will be selectable in the game now.

Every time you see a crystal, quickly press in the direction it's going.
Level Skip:
At the main menu press: B, A, C, C, A, B, A. Start a game and when you see the life gauge, press Start to skip to the next area.
Play Movies:
To view any of the game's movies press: A, B, B, A, C, A, B, B, A at the title screen.

Hints:
Get the Titanium Ranger without cheats:
You must have all three key parts. And on the 7th level, after you hit the three buttons and jump on the rocks to the next island, under it is the Titanium Ranger.

Play as Quantum Ranger
Get the seven artifacts in the seven levels to unlock the Quantum Ranger.
