No One Has Seen God

But He said, "You cannot see My face, for no man can see Me and live!" Exodus 33:20. see v.11

No one has seen God at any time. John 1:18.

And the Father who sent me, He has testified of me. You have neither heard His voice at any time nor seen His form. John 5:37.

Not that anyone has seen the Father, except the One who is from God; He has seen the Father. John 6:46.

The Blessed and Only Power, the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, who alone possesses immortality and (B)dwells in unapproachable light, whom no man has seen or can see. 1 Timothy 6:16.

No one has seen God at any time. 1 John 4:12.

Have seen God?

Now when Abram was ninety-nine years old, the LORD appeared to Abram. Genesis 17:1

Now the LORD appeared to Abraham by the oaks of Mamre. Genesis 18:1.

So Jacob named the place Peniel, for he said, "I have seen God face to face, yet my life has been preserved." Genesis 32:30.

Then Moses went up with Aaron, Nadab and Abihu, and seventy of the elders of Israel, 10 and they saw the God of Israel; and under His feet there appeared to be a pavement of sapphire, as clear as the sky itself. 11 Yet He did not stretch out His hand against the nobles of the sons of Israel; and they saw God, and they ate and drank. Exodus 24:9-11.

Not so, with My servant Moses, He is faithful in all My household; 8 With him I speak mouth to mouth, Even openly, and not in dark sayings, And he beholds the form of the LORD. Numbers 12:7-8.

You came near and stood at the foot of the mountain, and the mountain burned with fire to the very heart of the heavens: darkness, cloud and thick gloom. 12 "Then the LORD spoke to you from the midst of the fire; you heard the sound of words, but you saw no form--only a voice. Deuteronomy 4:11-12.

Has any people heard the voice of God speaking from the midst of the fire, as you have heard it, and survived? Deuteronomy 4:33.

You said, `Behold, the LORD our God has shown us His glory and His greatness, and we have heard His voice from the midst of the fire; we have seen today that God speaks with man, yet he lives. 25 `Now then why should we die? For this great fire will consume us; if we hear the voice of the LORD our God any longer, then we will die. 26 `For who is there of all flesh who has heard the voice of the living God speaking from the midst of the fire, as we have, and lived? Deuteronomy 5:24-27.

When Gideon saw that he was the angel of the LORD, he said, "Alas, O Lord GOD ! For now I have seen the angel of the LORD face to face. Judges 6:22

So Manoah said to his wife, "We will surely die, for we have seen God." Judges 13:22.
