Name: Julie Degnan Message: Hello, I recently moved in to a house with a neighbor that has two girls--littermates. I beleive she also has a Shizuh and a Pom (I see them only rarely. One of the girls is very dominant (aggresssive) the other very submissive. The dominant one is abusive to the submissive. I no nothing about this breed, as I own a Skye, but I do know that these dogs are not spayed and spend the majority of time locked up in a outside kennel or in the house. They are not allowed to run in the yard, nor do they go on walks. Most times their kennel is extremely filthy--with excrement piled into one corner. There is no trash service at this house so if the kennel does get cleaned the filth is scopped into trash bags and left outside. In the summer the smell is so extreme that when I worke outside back in that area I had to wear a gas mask. The owner seems well-intentioned, but in my opninion, these poor girls have a miserable life. After our last snowfall, the submissive own was left in the kennel to sit in the snow ALL DAY...I could see her shivering. Last night the owner asked me if I knew of anyone that might want her. She told me that she was papered, but at this point I'm not sure if that is true. She says that she just cannot take care of her any more for health issues? She knows that I'm into the sport of dogs and thought I might have a connection to help find a home. Besides rescue, I thought I might ask this group...as the Skye group is so helpful, I thought this group would be too. This bitch is located in Minnesota Please contact me off list as I am joining a lot of Rott groups and will not have the time to check all posted messages. Thanks for your time.

i am sending you information about my son's dog doogie. Doogie is a full blooded male black/mahogany AKC registered rottweiler. He is 13 months old, not neutered, been around children, and loves to travel. The only reason my son is looking for a GREAT HOME for doogie, is because he has to travel alot more often with his job. My son dakoda is a tower technician. They travel all over the midwest putting up and servicing towers. Doogie has gone to many job sites all over the midwest with my son. It was ok when they were staying in one spot for more then a couple of days. But now he is on the road every couple of days and they stay in motels and it is really hard for dakoda to take him to some job sites because of some of the restrictions. Doogies full name is Doogie Hudak Tower Master! That is his registerd name. My son gave him his last name because he feels like doogie is his son. This is really hard for us, i have raised my four children to treat and think of any animals in your house as part of the family. Doogie has been trained to hand signals also. We live in cambridge minnesota. Doogie has been around children i still have a 13 and 15 year old boys still at home. He is use to noise and lotsof comotion. We have a dirt bike track at our place and my husband and sons do alot of hunting also. We think doogie would be a great asset to someone individually or a family. His worst habit is he is very protective of his food! We have two dogs here at home right now that is why it would be very hard for us to take doogie. Please get back to us with anyinformation or HELP that you possibly can as soon as possible. Roxanne Hudak 2125 345th Ave NW
