Name: Pat Subject: female desperately needs home Our neighbors have a lovely large american rott that is barely 2. She has had no training and is digging and chewing on their fence. The lady wants her gone today. Her name is Sugar and I don't know if she is neutered. She likes kids but jumps on them and knocks them down. She is starved for attention. She is in Olathe Kansas.

Have a two-year-old male rottweiler that needs a good home. He isn't in any danger or anything. It basically comes down I should have thought about it more before I got him. I got him the summer after I graduated high school, which probably isn't the best time to get a dog. I live in El Dorado Kansas and I'm getting ready to move to Missouri to go to a school there and I can't take him with me. He has AKC papers and is neutered. Jake is a very energetic dog but he isn't mean. All his shots are current and I give him Heartguard and Frontline every month. I took him to obedience class when he was a pup and he picked up on it real good. He still does a good job on walks even though I don't take him as much as I should. He likes other dogs, but hasn't ever been around small kids. Please contact me on email or you can call (316) 320-1661. Kyle McLaren. amber@mailpuppy.com

I would still like to place our dog in a good home. She is a good dog. Friendly and smart. She is a little over a year old. She seems to be good with other dogs but I'm not sure about cats. She is an outdoor dog. We
thought we had her trained to stay in the Invisible Pet Fence but she has figured out how to get through. We don't want her to have free run of the whole backyard. We have her tied out now and I feel that she needs a place where she has more room to move around. We had a rott before. About 8 years and she died last March. Our neighbor had just gotten a rott puppy and our little boy just loved it. The neighbor offered the puppy to us and because our boy was so heart broken about our other rott we said okay. Now that she has grown our boy isn't interested in her anymore, because she is much bigger than our other rott and much more playful. She is to big for him. Please let us know if you can help us. Our phone number is 913-780-9495 if
you like to contact us or email us and we will try to do better about answering back. Thank You Patty Radebaugh APJRADE@aol.com

Brooke and Jake. We live in Merriam Kansas They are both 4 years old Jake is a neutered male and Brooke is a spayed female. I first got the dogs shortly before their first birthdays. They had been originally purchase by someone who intended to breed them but was irresponsibe with them and they spent nearly the first year of their life locked in a pen with 2 other rottweilers. They had very little socialization the first year of their life. They began showing signs of aggression towards people they were not familiar with. I took them to obedience school and worked on socializing them and was successful to a point. I got them comfortable around women. I still had problems with men. while they never tried to bite anyone they would growl at most men. They also do not care for other animals they have killed 3 cats and attacked one dog. Almost 2 years ago i met my husband he began to familiarize himself with brooke and jake and they have now formed a very strong bond. Since being around him they have become more trusting of men. Since my husband and I have been together many people have been around the dogs including his kids (ages 10, 12, 17)and we have not had one incident of aggressive behavior except for them killing cats. We now have a baby due in June and an 18 month old niece who spends a lot of time at our house. While I like to believe my dogs would never harm a
child its a risk we are scared to take. We're very cautious with making sure a child can't get to them but we were also very cautious our cats didn't get out and it just so happened somebody left a door open and our cat is no longer here and it just scares us with all the children we have around. I've had the same vet since I got the dogs and he says he's seen a 100% turn around in the dogs behavior. They are wonderful dogs, the biggest babies in the world, I just feel the way they were treated their first year of life had a very negative impact on them. I know this is a very long message, I am just very concerned with finding Brooke and Jake a good home with someone who will be responsible with them and give them the love they deserve and someone who doesn't have kids and cats all over their neighborhood like we do. I also want them to stay together, they've been together almost their whole lives and there is a very strong bond between the two of them. I've had offers to stick them on lots as guard dogs where they will be fed and watered but that's about all they would get and I refuse to do anything like that to them. Please let me know ifanyone can be any help to us. Thank you Shannon and Chet.

I marked this urgent because my pet is unhappy-Samson is a 5yr. old neutered
male,a very good dog ,will bark if someone comes to the doorbut IS NOT
aggressive,he spends most of his time with our 10yr.old child. We relocated
for a job, the landlord said we could build a fence until we moved in,then changed his mind.Even walking him, he has nowhere to run or play-hates the tie outs and trolleys we've tried. We live near Olathe,KS this has been our family pet and I hate to find him a new home, but he just mopes around & it's breaking my heart. I don't want to just advertise him in the paper, I want him to go to the best place possible....Help us & him please!!! thank you for your time yocum
