Name: Deitrick GOrman Hi My name is Deitrick Gorman. I am currently feeding and watering a dog that lives behind my house that has basically been abandoned by the owners. They moved and they "feed" the dog when they want to, and then it's bread at that. I currently have my own dog and I am not able to take this one in. PLease tell me there is something you can do. The I am number 142 on the waitlist at the SPCA and when I inquired at the "humane shelter" they said they would try to place him for three days then put him to sleep. I don't want to take that chance. THe dogs name is Heavy, he is all black and a Rot. HE is a friendly guy also. I just want him to be in a home where he is loved and not exploited (i.e. a fight dog, which he is not now). I have asked all I know to ask that I trust would do him right, and I have asked pet sanctuaries throughout the country to no avail. Please contact me if there is something you can do. She is approx. 2-3 years old with a loving temperament who appears to have had some obedience training. She is good around other dogs and cats. She has not been spayed, but, I will pay to have her spayed and get her shots prior to adoption.

I am the treasurer/rescue coordinator for the Morgan County Humane Society in Martinsville, Indiana, approx. 30 miles south of Indianapolis. I was contacted yesterday by a lady that HAS to move her 3 year old Male Rottie immediately. She has an in-home day care center and did not know she could not have this type of dog around children ad remain licensed. Her dog is very good with the children, and has a companion dog, but both must go. He is not neutered, I

A former co-worker of mine has a Rottweiler who she is looking to place into a new home. I don't know much about the dog. I was wondering if you have a toll free telephone number or regular phone number she can reach you at, as I don't know that she has a computer. I want to be able to tell her about your organization. Is there a charge to her for you placing her dog? If so, how much? What are your requirements for placement? My former co-worker lives in Wanatah, Indiana which is in Northwest Indiana. Even tempered neutered six year old male looking for new home.Dutch has never bitten and is housebroken and excellent with other dogs. He does not seem comfortable around small children but does well with adults. Very intelligent dog that loves retrieving objects in water. He

have been corresponding with someone from Mixed up Mutts who is helping dogs in need of rescue at Gary Animal Control. There are currently two pups (time up May 1), a young dog and an adult dog. Pictures are on petfinder.org. I have no further info and I don't believe their shelter has a liaison. If someone from your organization could contact them, that would be great.
