I am fortunate enough to be the custodian of two really beautiful camels. The first, a then, 3 year old female I named Doshi I acquired from the north of South Australia when I attended a cameleer training course in 2006 where we ‘trained together. The second, a bullock named Saladin, came to live with us in 2007 when he was around 2 years old. I found him through a ‘for sale’ notice on a bulletin board in a local shopping centre (in southern Queensland).
