BROWNLEE RESIDENCE - blue pool road, happy valley

This project was very enjoyable, with a great client & contractor. 

This 1000 sq.ft unit on the top floor of a middle aged building has a stunning view overlooking the racecourse. The clients for were very involved in the initial and detailed design, creating a simple and elegant space suited to their particular needs. The layout was modified to create an open kitchen, a hideaway study, and to maximise storage.
