Once a young girl went to the animal shelter. While there she saw many dogs, old and young. But the one she liked the most was a small puppy that would soon be put to sleep because no one wanted it. But the young girl saw the animal as a best friend that would be there for her no matter what she looked like or dressed like or if she wasn't the most popular person in school. The young girl and the small puppy grew up together, creating a bond that would last a life time. The young girl now a woman and the small puppy now a old dog took one last walk together down a familiar road. The woman realized she would soon loose her small puppy to a better place. A place where one day they will be reunited once again.
