ProMemo is a system-tray based application that acts as a reminder utility. 



You can store all your appointement into the program database , and specify two triggerig date and a list of e-mail of people interested in that remainder message. 

When the first triggering date is coming the program create a new yellow stichy-note shaped window on your deskop, remind you your appointement. 

At the same time a copy of the message is send to the e-mails whose address was prevuosly specified, notifing people of the incoming appointement 

All the message wich have a triggering day older than the current one was permanetly keep on you desktop until you decide to delete it from the database. 

If also the second triggering day expiry then the sticky-shaped windows turn its colo from yellow to red, drawing the user attention 

The message should be length until 32.,000 characters and support the rich text extension which means different font, color and size, plus bold, underlying and italic representation while the formatting capability are supporting by sticky windows, the message is send by mail as plain text to allow full compatibility with e-mail readers. 

You can view and print a report with all your stored appointement. 
The stichy-shaped reminder windows can be shrinked or enlarged both pressing the pin on the window itself or checking a box on the main setup form.
The program operation are followed by sounding effect.

Help are provided both as *.chm and *.html files.
The html help should be seen using an external browser while chm file require the hh.exe reader provided for free by microsoft (in win98 it should be a standard program like winhelp ).
