The Legend of Doommon: Part 9
The Legend of Doommon: Part 9
Mathmon and Keramon's eyes were bright red. Somehow when we went to the
digiworld a virus got into their data and changed it making them partly evil.
"We were made to protect our master," Mathmon said. "Doommon is the
master. Must destroy human."
"Destroy!" yelled Keramon.
I looked at them, totally freaked out. My whole life was turned upside
down and now I knew I would never defeat Doommon. Without them, I was
hopeless.
"You guys," I said, "it's me, James. Don't you remember me?"
"Who is James?" Mathmon asked without emotion.
"A worthless human probably," Keramon replied.
"No more talk," Mathmon said angrily. "We must take this human to the
master. We are merely rookie level and are much weaker than the master. The
master is a God level and can never be defeated! He will destroy the human!"
I laughed silently to myself. My own digimon would take me to Doommon.
But I also knew I was in trouble. I had never heard of a God level digimon
before and I bet no other digidestined had either. Either way, I had to go
with my digimon.
Mathmon lead the way, seeming to know where he was going. I followed him
reluctantly. Keramon was behind me.
When we walked over a hill, there was a giant cliff a few yards away. I
looked at the top of it and saw that the once beautiful digiworld had become
a wasteland. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. One digimon could destroy
all that was in the digiworld unless something stopped it, and the digimon
wasn't going to allow that to happen.
I decided I could probably get information out of Keramon, since he has a
small brain, even with a virus controlling it. "Keramon," I said. "What does
your 'master' want with me, Lisa, and Leo?"
"He wants to make sure that no other digimon can get to the God level. So
far he has had much luck with finding no other digimon or digidestined with
the power. He has tried every digidestined. Now he must try you." Keramon
replied. I was amazed at what he told me. I mean, a servant of Doommon, their
master, giving away valuable information? The digiworld is nuts! Also one
other thing, last time I checked, Doommon was a Mega level.
All of a sudden, something sharp banged into my leg. I felt around my
pockets and found the digi-eggs of Evil and Darkness. I thought that if I
could get Mathmon and Keramon to Armor digivolve, then maybe the virus would
be gone. But how?
Mathmon looked around at me and spotted the digi-eggs. His eyes widened
with excitement. "The digi-eggs of Darkness and Evil! Look Keramon! They
exist!"
Now this was surprising. I just happen to be going to fight a legendary
digimon and then my own digimon says my digi-eggs are legendary! Does this
madness ever end?
Before Mathmon or Keramon could take the digi-eggs, my hand shot toward
my digivice. "DIGI ARMOR ENERGIZE!" I shouted. Mathmon and Keramon started
glowing brightly.
"MATHMON ARMOR DIGIVOLVE TOO! STEELWINGMON!!"
"KERAMON ARMOR DIGIVOLVE TOO! SCIZORMON!!"
Both SteelWingmon and Scizormon looked at me. Their eyes were back to
normal, the way they always were. I stared back at them.
"Why were you taking me to Doommon?" I asked, trying to see if they
remembered anything at all.
"DOOMMON?! WHERE?!" Scizormon looked around quickly.
"Well, that answers my question. The answer to yours Scizormon is up
there," I said pointing to the cliff.
SteelWingmon shook his head. "If he can do that to entire sections of the
digiworld, we don't stand much of a chance" He looked at me. "We've never
fought anything like Doommon. Sure he might've said he was a Mega level
digimon but how can you be sure if he was telling the truth?" SteelWingmon
looked up the cliff. "It's only a matter of time when we're fighting him and
barely hanging on, when only a miracle can save us"
