2 oz. apple Little Garden Amphora
1 egg white
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Cold club soda

Shake all ingredients except club soda with ice. Strain into chilled glass, add three ice cubes, top with soda; stir gently.
