Description: A fruity concoction; but it's a bit sour - perhaps sour like a little Forest Guardian who's been trapped in a box for a couple of decades.

Type: Cocktail and Old-fashioned

2 oz. (1/4 c.) of apple Little Garden Amphora
1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) unsweetened pineapple juice
1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) fresh lemon juice
2 to 4 dashes of Angostura bitters


Shake over ice; strain into chilled cocktail glass or over ice into an old-fashioned.
