Explanation: After a hard day of oppressing the citizenry, he and Kuromarino would sit by the fire and have a drink. He'd like to do that now but he doesn't have any teeth and Kuromarino will never compromise on what they're drinking.

2 oz. cream
1 1/2 oz. Whiskey Peak Water
3/4 oz. blue-orange Ratafia
1/4 oz. white chocolate Ratafia

Shake ingredients with cracked ice; strain into chilled glass.
