Some advice...

If you or one of your friends are thinking about joining the JROTC program, I say DO IT! It is one of the most helpful programs you can take in High School. It prepares you for your future life. May it be in the military or any where else. It will teach you to be a good leader, and "Motivate you to be a better citizen. JROTC does not only prepare you, it also gives you many opertunities to have fun.

You can sign up to participate in parade events, perform funeral details, or become part of a team and represent your school in competieions. It is loads of fun and you will always have a blast! A lot of cadets may tell you that they only do it because they get out of school. That is a benefit, but the real reason you should do it is because you want to or you like doing it.
